From a Whiteboard to NVIDIA
Infrastructure only gets noticed when it breaks. On Onam, eating sadhya with my mother, my phone lit up with the rumour that NVIDIA would acquire Hugging Face. A week later it was official. Four scenes from the road in between: an idea on a whiteboard, a polite no from NVIDIA, XetHub's fast acquisition by people who recognized it, and a meeting in Paris where I tried to talk AWS into inventing the thing we had already built.
