An invitation: Join the Constellation

A Friday standup where we show real work in progress, think out loud together, and pull in outside minds. Depending on the week, it can be part demo, part work session, part shared lunch. It’s where a lot of our best turns have come from — usually because someone in the room said “have you considered…” “I think you’re wrong about that,” or “this reminds me of the time when…”

• We move fast and we’re close to our own work, which means we have blind spots — you’re here to help us see them.
• You can bring fresh ideas and perspectives we haven’t considered.
• You can expose us to completely different fields that may inform our work.
• You can also help us find words for what you see: with concepts evolving this quickly, language often lags behind. Push on what we show you, ask the obvious question, and tell us when something doesn’t land.

• In action, in our natural habitat. We jump straight into our daily updates, no filters. You can just observe, with no pressure to participate in a formal way.
• Demos of real, often rough work. You'll see things mid-build, not polished launches — early is when your input matters most.
• In person, informal, improvisational. A relaxed room with real playfulness and goofiness alongside the serious work. Other stars may be joining too, so the conversation tends to take unexpected turns.
• We record everything. Audio becomes context that helps our agents — and us — move faster. We may also video the standup to share on our blog and socials; just tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Your perspective, your questions, and your candor. You don’t need to be deep in our space — the most useful challenges often come from fresh eyes. Tell us what’s confusing, what’s exciting, and what you’d do differently.

We don’t request that you sign an NDA. We tend to be open and work in public, posting often about how we think and build. In return, we just ask for your discretion: you’ll be exposed to the team’s unfiltered “cooking,” so please use your judgment about what’s yours to share.
