A skill committed to Team Context now reaches the console, AI chat and your Claude organization, credited to the coworker who wrote it.

Settings → Skills: Every coworker sees each team skill, who wrote it, and where it can run, with the reason when it can't run somewhere.
AI chat: With SageOx connected over MCP, up to 12 team skills appear as prompts in tools that support them, and picking one makes it your own message, credited to its author.
Claude organization: On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner or admin syncs the team's plain-prose skills into Claude for chat, Cowork and Claude Code. Claude's sync copies the whole Team Context repo, and the setup card says so before any token exists.
